Adding an Additional Audio Input
While adding an additional SID enhances audio output, the audio input for the second SID is not utilized. Since I wanted the ability to process stereo audio, I came up with a circuit which allows me to do so.
SID#2 audio input on SID2SID board
SID audio input is located at pin 26. This can be tapped from the solder side of the SID2SID board. However, audio cannot be directly routed to this pin.

Since the circuit requires so few components, I was able to mount it directly to my new "Audio Input #2" jack.
In addition to processing stereo audio, I can now process audio from two
separate mono sources while keeping the channels separated. For this reason,
I decided to have separate 1/4" jacks for each audio input, rather than
using another stereo jack.
